Method of Belt Tensioning
1. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on a basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
2. Use a spring stability and rule measure the force with the belt, in case the value falls within the values given, the drive needs to be satisfactory. Othewise, use the Torque arm's turnbuckle adjust the tension on the belt. (Note, the force course and also the belt need to be a suitable angle).
