TYBZ sinhronie motori
- Augsta ātruma regulēšanas precizitāte kļūda 1/30000 robežās, kas uzlabo lietotāju produktu tehnoloģiju;
- Augsta veiktspēja Rotorā izmantots retzemju PM materiāls. Augsts magnētiskā lauka intensitāte, liels iedarbināšanas griezes moments, maza iedarbināšanas strāva un plašs ātruma diapazons;
- Mazs izmērs un viegls svars Tā rāmja izmērs ir par vienu līdz diviem rāmja izmēriem mazāks nekā tādas pašas ZS maiņstrāvas asinhronā motora izmērs;
- Vienkārša un uzticama vadības sistēma Tas izmanto atvērtas cilpas vadību, kas samazina iespējamo kļūmes zonu un izmaksas. Pilnībā automātiskajai vadības sistēmai, kas sastāv no invertora un datora, ir labāka veiktspēja nekā citiem tradicionālajiem mainīga ātruma motoriem;
- Augsta efektivitāte un augsts jaudas koeficients, efektīvs enerģijas taupīšanā Tas ir par 5% līdz 12% efektīvāks nekā tādas pašas ZS asinhronais motors. Tā kā motoram nav nepieciešama ierosmes strāva, jaudas koeficients ir tuvu 1;
- Ilga izturība Samazinātas strāvas un motora mazākas uzkaršanas rezultātā;
- Saderība Tam ir tāda pati rāmja struktūra kā maiņstrāvas asinhronajam motoram, un to var izmantot, lai aizstātu maiņstrāvas asinhrono motoru;
- Plaša piemērojamība To var izmantot dažādos sarežģītos apstākļos. To var izmantot pat vietās, kur nepieciešama ilgstoša darbība ar mazu ātrumu vai bieža iedarbināšana.
