They're composed of a shell with a gear shaft, an operating wheel with an input shaft, and an output shaft. Gear reducers are widely utilized across various industries, including aviation, industrial machinery, and electric power.

For standard catalogue products, the MOQ is 1 piece — we welcome both sample and bulk orders. For custom-engineered or OEM products, MOQ varies by product type and will be confirmed at the quotation stage.
We respond to all enquiries within 48 hours on working days. For standard products a detailed quotation — including price, lead time and technical specifications — is typically returned within 24 hours. Complex custom requests may require up to 3 working days.
Yes. Samples are available for most standard products. Sample cost is charged at the normal unit price plus shipping. Once you proceed to a confirmed bulk order, the sample cost is credited back against your order total.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (for orders above USD 5,000), Western Union and PayPal for smaller orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.
Yes — custom manufacturing is one of our core strengths. We can produce to your drawings, specifications, or a performance requirement. Small-batch custom orders: 15–25 working days.
Large-volume OEM orders: 30–45 working days depending on complexity and quantity. All lead times are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
Our manufacturing facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2015 dan TS 16949. Products are inspected against dimensional, performance and noise standards before shipment. Inspection reports and test certificates are available on request. CE marking is available for products destined for the European market.
All products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. In the event of a valid claim, we supply replacement parts or a replacement unit at no charge. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading or lack of maintenance.
Yes. Full technical documentation — including installation manuals, dimension drawings (PDF / DWG / STEP), performance curves and maintenance guides — is provided with every order. Our engineering team is available by email and WeChat for pre-sale and after-sales technical support, including free application calculations and product selection assistance.
We ship worldwide from Hangzhou, China. Options include sea freight (FCL / LCL), air freight dan express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We can ship on DDP, CIF, FOB Ningbo / Shanghai or EXW terms. Urgent orders can be dispatched by air or express within 24 hours of production completion.
All gearboxes and mechanical components are treated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in protective film and placed in wooden cases or reinforced cartons lined with foam. Shaft ends and mounting surfaces are fitted with protective caps. Export-standard packaging is used for all international shipments as standard.
Absolutely. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. Our facility is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, approximately 1 hour from Shanghai by high-speed rail.
